Investing with Leveraged Assets (the Trump Method)

You think Donald Trump is rich right?  Don't you wish you had as much money as him?  Well, sorry to tell you, he is not!  In fact, he doesn't own much of anything.  His debt far outweighs his total assets.  As soon as he builds equity in a property of financial account of any kind, he borrows more money against that asset to buy something else which he will borrow against in the future.  The whole point of this is to control everything but own nothing.  The key to this is to find cash flowing investments and to protect yourself in how you structure your business (his company has been bankrupt twice yet he has never personally declared bankruptcy).  Pretty much, it's the difference between spending your days delivering pizzas or owning that pizza business spending your days finding new customers and letting 10 employees deliver your pizzas for you. “I would rather earn 1% of 100 people’s efforts than 100% of my own efforts”John Paul Getty(American Billionaire)
